ESHI Builders came in super clutch when we had a water damage issue in our kitchen which affected our kitchen and a bathroom. ESHI was affordable, super communicative and worked with our insurance to make a really difficult situation manageable. people that came into our house were friendly, respectful and COVID sensitive as well. Cannot give enough praise to everyone at ESHI. Heidi and Dwayne and everyone at ESHI provided awesome service and got us cooking in our kitchen again!

Dwayne has overseen multiple projects at my house that was originally built as a stable in 1890. He was originally recommended to help with roof issues that other contractors had not solved. He earned my confidence on that one and has come through on multiple projects since then including complete renovation of 4 bathrooms, installation of central air conditioning, floor refinishing, installation of new hot water system, house repainting etc. He is very responsive to anything that comes up. He recommended a top notch gardener.

We are new to the area and lacked the local connections. While researching tile for a family bathroom renovation, the local tile and carpet store recommended ESHI. That's a good sign when a vendor suggests a contractor. ESHI was very responsive and prompt. We picked the worst time to buy then renovate a house in Newport: the summer. It is the busiest time for contractors. Thanks to experience and solid relationships with tradesmen, ESHI was able to take us on as a client. Dawyne, the owner, really listened to us and understood are challenges. The family bathroom on the second floor was very small and dark. It was a disgusting space. We were able to work together to create a functional luxurious space. Throughout the process Dawyne kept us informed of any changes to schedules. The tradesmen who work with Dawyne were professional and personable making a tough job - we were living in the house during the renovation - a lot more palatable. While ESHI will not be the cheapest bid, the end result shows in the craftsmanship of the work. Invest in the quality now and not pay later in fixes. We plan on using ESHI again for other projects.

ESHI tecently completed building an apprixmate 120 square foot laundry toom addition. approxnate 100 square foot shed and the rebuild of an approximate 140 square foot second floor deck. Dwayne Paiva, the company owner is a proffesional He has a sense of urgency when appropriate and was responsive to our questions. His subs are A1 and the building area was kept neat and orderly. Tne three jobs commenced at vafious fimrs from Nov 2017 and completed in Apr 2018

The Women's Resource Center hired ESHI Builders, LLC to replace the front porch on our Touro Street office building. We are located in the Historic District in Newport, so this project required HDC approval and a contractor skilled in historic restoration. ESHI Builders completed the project on time, within our budget and we are VERY pleased with the high quality craftsmanship. The employees and subcontractors where always clean, respectful and responsive. We hosted a "Porch Reveal" party on July 26, 2018 with local city officials and prominent members of our professional network. I hired ESHI Builders LLC to complete multiple renovation projects on my 60 year old home to include basement mold remediation, foundation repair, installation of French drains and a commercial grade dehumidifier system with two sump pumps, replacing rotting soffits, trim and gutters, and renovating two large full sized bathroom down to the studs. The expert tradesmen that worked on all of these projects included electricians, plumbers, plasterers, tilers, painters, and custom woodworking. Each and every one of them treated my house and belongings with respect. They were all highly skilled and took pride in their work. They cleaned up at the end of every day over the course of 3 months and flawlessly at the very end since I lived 5 states away and could not always be there. Dwayne and Josh were only a text message or phone call away 24/7, even while on vacation so that each project kept on schedule. They even took care of all of the small handyman things that were not part of the original projects like installing outside lights, installing curtain rods and fixing broken doors. When they advertise 'full service', they mean it! I cannot thank them enough for all of their expert advice and commitment to giving me the best prices possible. I was extremely pleased with the finished projects and will most definitely recommend and use again.

ESHI Builders LLC under Dwayne's leadership and direction exceeded my expectations on my home in Newport RI. He and his team managed to refresh my entire house from a total bathroom renovation, from the studs to perfection, as well as repairing stucco siding and painting, replacing a soffit, rebuilding the basement stairs, and installing a custom side garage door, painting the four bedrooms, great room, hearth room, and kitchen, to the little details making the kitchen cabinet doors work again and installing missing downspouts and countless other items. He and his team provided excellent status updates and helped me make design choices from out of town. And despite not being there routinely the quality of his work was excellent and was exactly what I was looking for such that I asked him to also install a composite stairs to the backyard. From the total renovation of the bathroom to dealing with the little things while I was away, I can always count on Dwayne and his team. I look forward to working with him again in the future.
